Frequently Asked Questions
01. How much space is needed for the photo booth?
For set up, we require 8x8 ft space for the backdrop, photo booth, and prop table
02. How many prints can guests receive?
One copy for each person in the photo will be printed, however guests can take as many photos as they'd like (unlimited sessions)
03. Can I have the booth outside?
If placed outdoors, the following must be met:
- Booth must be covered or shaded
- Booth cannot be in direct sunlight
- Booth must be protected from rain or any precipitation
- Backdrops cannot be used if winds exceed 10 MPH
- Client must provide reliable power access
04. Can I use my own backdrop instead?
Absolutely. You may use your own backdrop with advance approval from our team. If none of our current backdrop options fit your vision, we’re happy to help explore alternative styles that align with your event.
05. When will you set up for the event?
We will set up the booth about 1.5-2 hours before the event starts - this allows us to test our equipment with ample time and be ready to operate for your event!
06. How early can I book for my future event?
You can book as early as you’d like as long as the date is available!
07. Are you insured?
Yes, Crown Photo booth is insured!
08. Do I need to provide Wi-Fi?
No—Wi-Fi is not required. We provide a hotspot with our photo booth rentals so guests can share photos digitally without any hiccups. Please note that if the event location has little to no cellular service, digital sharing may be limited. In those cases, we may need to coordinate alternative internet options with you.
The photo booth was an absolute hit at our banquet!
Our guests loved the different props, being able to each receive a copy of the printed photos, and the quality of the photos. After our event, they also sent a digital album of all the photos taken, giving our guests the option to download photos digitally. I had a wonderful experience with Najma and Crown Photo Booth. They excel in customer service, and offer top-notch photo booth services. I would definitely book with them again, and will be recommending them to friends/family.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with in planning my daughter’s Sweet 16 party. Very communicative. They provide the graphics for the prints promptly, based on the theme; that required no edits! I would recommend to anyone needing a photo booth for their event. The prints were a plus!
